RULE 3.2.8: PERSONAL LUGGAGE AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS OF DIPLOMATS AND RELATIVES

    For the purposes of articles 61, section I (LA: Art. 61) of the Law and 90 (RLA: Art. 90) and 91 (RLA: Art. 91) of the Regulations, in the customs declaration (pedimento) that protects the importation of household goods property of ambassadors, plenipotentiary ministers, business managers, counselors, secretaries and attachés of foreign diplomatic or special missions; consuls, vice consuls or foreign diplomatic agents, officials of international organizations accredited to the Government of Mexico; as well as that of their spouses, parents and children who live in the same house, the tariff fraction with its commercial identification number 9804.00.01.00 must be submitted in the corresponding fields and the corresponding code must be indicated in the identifier block according to Appendix 8 (RGCE 2020: Apendice 8) of Annex 22.
