SOLE TRANSITORY.

This Resolution shall enter into force on November 25, 2019, with the exception of the provisions of Resolution Six, section V, subsections a), f), h), i), j), k), l), m) , n), o), p), q), r) and s), will enter into force on January 1st, 2020.
