ARTICLE 30: ISSUANCE OF NECESSARY PROVISIONS FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE DECREE

The Ministry and the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) are empowered to issue, within their respective competences, the necessary provisions for the application of this Decree.
