EIGHTH ARTICLE:

The agreements in which the fees are determined according to which the international postal parcel services are paid by surface and area routes published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on July 30, 1976 and August 13, 1981 respectively, will continue to apply even as long as they are modified.
