    • ARTICLE 232-B:

     

    For the use, enjoyment or exploitation of the assets of the public domain referred to in the Railway Service Regulatory Law (Ley Reglamentaria del Servicio Ferroviario) and of those that are affected by the provision of public services and auxiliary services provided for in said ordinance, rights will be paid according to the following:

  • From the first to the fifteenth year of the concession's validity, annually, the amount equivalent to 0.5% of the total gross income obtained by these concepts.

    •  

  • From the sixteenth year onwards, an amount equivalent to 1.25% of the total gross income obtained by these concepts will be paid annually.

    •  

    The rights referred to in this article will be paid by definitive bimonthly payments within the first ten calendar days of the months of March, May, July, September, November of the same fiscal year and January of the following.

    The goods referred to in this article shall in no case be subject to the rights established in articles 232 and 232-A. (LFD: Art. 232) (LFD: Art. 232A)
