ARTICLE 204: PARTICIPATING CATEGORIES

All national exporters and public or private companies and institutions, established in Mexico, that belong to the following categories may participate in the National Export Prize:

A prize will be awarded for each of these categories. If no company or institution meets the minimum required in any or some of the categories, the prize of the corresponding category will be declared void. Likewise, the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) may create new categories or modify existing ones prior to the publication of the respective announcement.
