    • ARTICLE 210: MEMBERS THAT INTEGRATE THE EVALUATION COMMITTEE

     

    The Evaluation Committee will be composed of the following members:

  • The Secretary of Economy (Secretario de Economía), who will preside;

    •  

  • The Undersecretary of Industry and Commerce, who will serve as Vice Chairman of the Committee, and

    •  

  • A representative of each of the following dependencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration (Administración Pública Federal):

    •  

  • Secretary of Foreign Relations (Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores);

    •  

  • Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público);

    •  

  • Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources (Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales);

    •  

  • Secretary of Energy (Secretaría de Energía);

    •  

  • Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food (Secretaría de Agricultura, Ganadería, Desarrollo Rural, Pesca y Alimentación);

    •  

  • Secretary of Communications and Transportation (Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes);

    •  

  • Secretary of Public Education (Secretaría de Educación Pública);

    •  

  • Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare (Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social);

    •  

  • Repealed;

    •  

  • National Bank for Foreign Trade (Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior), National Credit Society (Sociedad Nacional de Crédito), and

    •  

  • National Financial (Nacional Financiera), National Credit Society (Sociedad Nacional de Crédito).

    •  

    The Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) may invite representatives of the private sector, as well as specialists in foreign trade, to participate in the evaluation tasks, who will constitute the Evaluation Advisory Council of the National Export Award. This invitation will be made every year through a public announcement that will appear in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) and in two of the main newspapers of national circulation, in the first quarter of each calendar year.
