    • ARTICLE 207: INFORMATION TO BE GIVEN TO THE APPLICANTS FOR THE PRIZE

     

    Applicants for the National Export Award must submit to the coordinating area designated by the Undersecretary of Foreign Trade a detailed description of their systems, processes and achievements in terms of exports or related activities, as well as the documentation and statistics they have regarding the following aspects:

  • Approach or strategy used in the export process or related activity;

    •  

  • Depth and scope of the instruments that are applied in the export process;

    •  

  • Recognition and observations of its suppliers, users or beneficiaries;

    •  

  • Economic impact that these activities have had within the company or institution, including savings and advantages achieved;

    •  

  • Export levels achieved verifiable by statistical evidence;

    •  

  • Expansion of international markets;

    •  

  • Comparison of the achievements obtained by those other companies or institutions that produce similar goods or services inside or outside the country;

    •  

  • The impact on the national community derived from the export process or related activity, and

    •  

  • The others considered by the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) and are indicated in the announcement.
