ARTICLE 206: CHARACTERISTICS THAT COMPANIES AND INSTITUTIONS MUST GATHER

     

    In the evaluation to grant the National Export Award, considering companies and institutions, shall meet the following characteristics:

  • That their activity contributes to a sustained export process in their areas of production of goods or services;
  •  

  • That they present a general description of their systems and processes to achieve export, as well as the quantitative and qualitative results that they have achieved, and that they are willing to have a group of experts in the field verify the information presented;
  •  

  • That they are willing, if they are rewarded, to publicly disclose information on the fundamental aspects of their systems, processes and achievements in the field of export, in order that they may serve as an example to other companies;
  •  

  • That they have not been severely sanctioned in fiscal matters or in the administrative field, in the year immediately prior to the announcement of the contest for the granting of the National Export Award;
  •  

  • That they have made a relevant contribution to the knowledge and application of new theories, techniques or procedures for the export of products or services, and
  •  

  • That they have contributed with a new improvement or technique in services related to exports, favoring their increase or diversification.
