    • ARTICLE 209: OBLIGATIONS OF THE EVALUATION COMMITTEE

     

    The Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) will integrate an Evaluation Committee, which shall:

  • Analyze and evaluate the veracity of the information and authenticity of the documentation submitted by the participants in the terms prescribed in the announcement to participate in the National Export Award, and

    •  

  • Set the evaluation criteria of companies and institutions and indicate which of them will be the finalists to be selected as deserving of the National Export Award.
