ARTICLE 195: PROMOTIONAL ASPECTS CONSIDERED IN THE SCOPE OF OPERATION OF THE SINPEX

     

    The National System of External Promotion (Sistema Nacional de Promoción Externa) will consider four aspects of promotion that correspond to the possibilities of generating business between national companies and economic agents abroad:

  • Promotion of the internal demand of companies established in Mexico by foreign investment and strategic alliances;
  •  

  • Promotion of the international supply of foreigners interested in investing in Mexico or signing productive and commercial alliances with Mexican companies;
  •  

  • Promotion of the Mexican exportable supply, and
  •  

  • Promotion of international demand for Mexican products.
