    • ARTICLE 199: SPECIAL PROGRAM OF MISSIONS, FAIRS AND EVENTS

     

    The Special Program of Missions, Fairs and Events will be established annually, which will aim to promote commerce and investment. With the purpose of formulating, executing and reviewing this Program, within the National System of External Promotion (Sistema Nacional de Promoción Externa), will be integrated a committee chaired by the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1), for which it will convene the following entities and bodies:

  • National Bank for Foreign Trade (Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior), National Credit Society (Sociedad Nacional de Crédito);

    •  

  • National Financial (Nacional Financiera), National Credit Society (Sociedad Nacional de Crédito);

    •  

  • Mexican Investment Council (Consejo Mexicano de Inversión);

    •  

  • Business Coordinating Council (Consejo Coordinador Empresarial);

    •  

  • National Association of Importers and Exporters of the Mexican Republic (Asociación Nacional de Importadores y Exportadores de la República Mexicana);

    •  

  • National Foreign Trade Council (Consejo Nacional de Comercio Exterior);

    •  

  • Mexican Business Council for International Affairs (Consejo Empresarial Mexicano para Asuntos Internacionales);

    •  

  • National Confederation of Chambers of Commerce (Confederación Nacional de Cámaras de Comercio);

    •  

  • National Confederation of Chambers of the Industry (Confederación Nacional de Cámaras de Industria);

    •  

  • National Chamber of Commerce of Mexico City (Cámara Nacional de Comercio de la Ciudad de México), and

    •  

  • Other bodies determined by the Ministry.
