ARTICLE 175: CABINET REVIEW

The Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) may require the information, data, accounting documents and of any other type to the interested parties, in order to verify the veracity of their statements and declarations at the official address of the Ministry.

The visitor will have the right to indicate if the information or data that it provides or should provide to the visitors is confidential or reserved commercial, provided that it complies with the provisions set forth in these Regulations.

The provisions contained in articles 152 and 153 of this Regulation (RLCE: Art. 152) (RLCE: Art. 153) may be fulfilled in the course of the visit or within the period referred to in section VII of article 173 of the same order. (RLCE: Art. 173)
