ARTICLE 174: OF THE VALIDATION

The Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) will be authorize to require third parties that have had a business relationship with the interested party that is visited, such as its suppliers, customers and mandataries, information and data that allow it to verify the veracity of the information provided, both in the investigation course as in the development of the visit.
