ARTICLE 172: PRESENTATION OF CONCLUSIONS OUTSIDE THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD

Once the probationary period is over, the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) shall open a period of allegations in which interested parties may submit in writing their conclusions on the background or incidents that occurred in the course of the proceedings. In this case, the confidentiality rules established in the Law and in these Regulations will be observed.
