ARTICLE 163: PERIOD FOR OFFERING EVIDENCE

The probationary period will include from the day following the publication in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) of the beginning of the administrative investigation, until the closing of the public hearing referred to in article 81 of the Law. (LCE: Art. 81)
