ARTICLE 158: REQUIREMENTS THAT THE INTERESTED PARTIES MUST MEET TO GIVE THE INFORMATION REGARDING CONFIDENTIAL OR RESERVED COMMERCIAL

Interested parties or individuals or legal entities who, in accordance with the Law and these Regulations, participate in the procedures referred to in this title, the Ministry shall be entitled (RLCE: Art. 1) to process its confidential information or reserved commercial information.
