ARTICLE 154: INFORMATION THAT IS CONSIDERED CONFIDENTIAL GOVERNMENT
For the purposes of the procedures referred to in this title, confidential government information will be considered to be information whose disclosure is prohibited by laws and other public order provisions, as well as by international treaties or conventions to which Mexico is a part of.
In any case, it will be part of the confidential government information the data, statistics and documents relating to national security and strategic activities for the scientific and technological development of the country, as well as the information contained in internal communications of the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1), between government agencies, and from government to government that is confidential in accordance with the Law.
