ARTICLE 153: OBLIGATION OF THE INTERESTED PARTY TO INDICATE THE CHARACTER OF THEIR INFORMATION

The interested party being given confidential or reserved commercial treatment for their information and documents, must submit to the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) a public summary of these. Said summary shall be submitted in writing and shall be sufficiently detailed that it allows the person who consults it to have a reasonable and comprehensive understanding of the matter.
