ARTICLE 145: HOW WILL THE NOTIFICATION BE MADE WITHOUT AN ADDRESS

In cases where the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) do not know the name or business name or address of the people to whom they must notify them whether they reside in Mexico or abroad, the notification will be made through publication in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación).

In the case of people residing outside the country, the Ministry will send the communications referred to in the preceding paragraph to diplomatic representations of foreign governments, in order to provide what is necessary to disseminate the content of the resolutions.

For the purposes of this article, the date of notification will be considered as the date of publication in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación).
