    • ARTICLE 146: DATA TO BE CONTAINED IN THE NOTIFICATION OF A VERIFICATION VISIT

     

    The Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) will notify the visitors of the verification visits referred to in article 83 of the Law (LCE: Art. 83). The notification must contain:

  • The competent authority that issues it;

    •  

  • The name (s) or business name of the people to whom it is addressed;

    •  

  • The place or places where the visit will take place, which may be extended upon notification to the visitor, as well as the date of its realization;

    •  

  • The basis and motivation of the visit, as well as its object or purpose;

    •  

  • The signature of the competent official, and

    •  

  • The name (s) of the people who will make the visit, which may be substituted, increased or reduced in number, at any time by the Ministry. In the latter case, the replacement or increase of the people who must make the visit will be notified to the visitor. Likewise, the Ministry will notify the visitor if such person include external consultants.

    •  

    The notifications will be made in such a way that the interested party receives it at least ten days in advance of the visit, during which time the visitor must issue their consent to the Ministry.
