    • ARTICLE 138: INTEGRATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE FILE OF THE INVESTIGATION PROCEDURE

     

    In the investigation procedures referred to in this title, the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) shall integrate an administrative file according to which it will issue the corresponding resolutions.

    The administrative file will consist of:

  • Documentary or any other form submitted to the Ministry or the latter obtained in the course of administrative procedures, including any governmental communications related to the case, as well as reports, acts or memoranda of meetings with one or all parties interested parties, third parties or interveners;

    •  

  • The resolutions that the Ministry has issued for this purpose;

    •  

  • Transcripts or acts of meetings or hearings before the Ministry;

    •  

  • Notices published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) in relation to administrative procedures, including the review, and

    •  

  • The acts drawn up in the sessions of the Commission (RLCE: Art. 1) in which the establishment of safeguard measures and the final draft resolutions on unfair international trade practices, as well as the draft resolutions in which the Ministry accepts the commitment of foreign exporters or governments referred to in article 72 of the Law.
