ARTICLE 119: PERIOD COMPRISING THE INVESTIGATION ON SAFEGUARD MEASURES

The investigation procedure on safeguard measures will include imports of identical, similar or directly competitive merchandise to those of national production that would have been carried out during a period that will normally be one year and in no case less than six months which should be close as possible to the submission of the request.

The investigation period referred to in the preceding paragraph may be modified at the discretion of the Ministry. (RLCE: Art. 1)
