    • ARTICLE 117 C: HOW IT WILL SUBSTANTIATE THE CLARIFICATIONS OF THE RESOLUTIONS OF THE DEFINITIVE COMPENSATORY FEE

     

    The procedure referred to in article 89 C of the Law (LCE: Art. 89C), will be substantiated as follows:

  • The request must be submitted in writing to the competent administrative unit of the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1), by the interested party or by those who act on their behalf, accompanied by the documents that prove it, and meet the following requirements:

    •  

  • State the resolution in question and the description of the aspect or aspects that are requesting be clarified or specified;

    •  

  • The basics and the reasons that support the petition;

    •  

  • The others that allow the authority to resolve the petition, and

    •  

  • The autograph signature of the interested party or of the person acting on their behalf;

    •  

  • Upon receipt of the request and, if applicable, the Ministry will respond to the interested party within a period of sixty days, counted from the day following the submission of the request. The response to the request referred to in this article will be published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) and notified the interested parties that have knowledge.
