ARTICLE 117 E: CASES IN WHICH THE APPLICATION OF FIRM RESOLUTIONS TO THIRD PARTIES WILL PROCEED

The procedure referred to in article 89 E of the Law (LCE: Art. 89E) will only apply to those interested parties who submit their request and who, in accordance with the international trade agreements or covenant to which Mexico is a part of, have that right.

The request must be submitted in writing to the competent administrative unit of the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1), by the interested party or by those who act on their behalf and accompany the documents that prove it.

If applicable, the Ministry will respond to the interested party within a period of sixty days, counted from the day following the submission of the request.

The response to the request referred to in this article will be published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) and the interested party will be notified.
