ARTICLE 100: REVIEW PROCEDURE AT THE REQUEST OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The review procedure may be requested by the interested parties who have participated in the procedure that resulted in the definitive compensatory fee or by any other party that has not participated in said procedure proves their legal interest.

The start of a review and the conclusion of the respective procedure will be published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) and the interested parties will be notified that have knowledge of said as provided in these Regulations.

The review of definitive compensatory fees initiated sua sponte shall be subject to the procedural provisions provided for the investigations that resulted in the quotas being reviewed, as appropriate.
