ARTICLE 101: REQUEST TO REVIEW THE DEFINITIVE COMPENSATORY FEES

Each year, during the anniversary month of the publication in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) of the final resolution of the investigation that originally imposed the definitive compensatory fee regardless of whether it has been modified, interested parties may request in writing that the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) perform a review.

In any case, the applicant will provide the relevant information and evidence to justify its request.

Interested parties will have the obligation to accompany the request, duly answered, the forms established for this purpose by the Ministry.
