ARTICLE 89A

In terms of the provisions of article 87 of the Law (LCE: Art. 87), the compensatory fees may be established based on reference prices or values. The amount of compensatory fees determined in this way cannot exceed the margins of price discrimination or the amount of subsidy calculated.
