ARTICLE 89: COMPENSATORY FEE APPLICABLE TO FOREIGN EXPORTERS WHO DO NOT PRESENT DEFENSE

The compensatory fees applied to imports from foreign exporters who, having been granted an opportunity to defend themselves, haven´t participated in the investigation, will be set according to the margins of price discrimination that the Ministry has knowledge. (RLCE: Art. 1)
