ARTICLE 84: TECHNICAL INFORMATION MEETINGS

The Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) will hold technical meetings with interested parties that request it within a period of five days, counted from the day following the publication in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) of the preliminary and final resolutions of the discrimination procedures of prices or subsidies.

The technical meetings will aim to explain the methodology that was used to determine the margins of price discrimination and / or the sum of subsidies, as well as the damage and causation.

At such meetings, interested parties shall have the right to obtain a summary of the calculations that the Ministry has used to issue its resolutions, provided that it is their own information.
