ARTICLE 115: FINAL RESOLUTION OF THE COMMITMENTS ASSUMED

If the commitment of the interested foreign exporter or government is accepted or rejected, the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) will establish in the corresponding resolution the form and terms in which the commitment assumed must be fulfilled, the procedure in question is suspended or concluded and, where appropriate, the basis and motives for rejection.

The resolution referred to in this article will be published in Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) and the interested parties will be notified.
