ARTICLE 110: MOMENT AT WHICH THE COMMITMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED

The commitments referred to in article 72 of the Law (LCE: Art. 72), may be submitted once the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) has determined preliminary the existence of a unfair practice and until the close of the public hearing.

The Ministry may request the information, data, documents, and the evidence that it deems pertinent to the interested exporter or foreign government, in order to evaluate the commitment.
