    • ARTICLE 80: DATA THAT MUST CONTAIN THE RESOLUTIONS OF THE SE (SECRETARY OF ECONOMY)

     

    The resolutions of initiation, preliminary and final investigations of unfair international trade practices will contain the following information:

  • The authority that issues the act;

    •  

  • The foundation and motivation that support the resolution;

    •  

  • The name or business name and address of the applicant or applicants of the investigation;

    •  

  • The name or business name and address of the importer or of the importers, foreign exporters or, where appropriate, of the bodies or authorities of the foreign governments of which have knowledge;

    •  

  • The country or countries of origin or provenances of the merchandise in question;

    •  

  • The description of the merchandise under investigation, indicating the corresponding tariff fraction of the Tariff of the Law of General Import and Export Taxes (Tarifa de la Ley de los Impuestos Generales de Importación y de Exportación);

    •  

  • The description of the national merchandise identical or similar to the merchandise under investigation;

    •  

  • The period under investigation (RLCE: Art. 76), and

    •  

  • The others considered by the Ministry. (RLCE: Art. 1)
