ARTICLE 76: PERIOD COMPRISING OF THE INVESTIGATION ON UNFAIR INTERNATIONAL TRADE PRACTICES

The investigation of unfair international trade practices will include imports of merchandise identical or similar to those of national production that would have been carried out during a period that will normally be one year and in no case less than 6 months, which should be as close as possible to the submission of the request. The analysis period to evaluate the damage will normally be three years and will include the period under investigation.

The investigation period referred to in the preceding paragraph may be modified in the judgment of the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) for a period that covers imports made after the request is submitted.
