ARTICLE 78: HOW THE SE (SECRETARY OF ECONOMY) WARNS THE APPLICANT TO CLARIFY, CORRECT OR COMPLETE ITS REQUEST

The Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) may, once, warn the applicant to clarify, correct or complete its request, specifically indicating its deficiencies and inaccuracies. After twenty days referred to in section II of article 52 of the Law (LCE: Art. 52), the Ministry will process it, discard it, or declare it abandoned, as appropriate.
