ARTICLE 71: PROCEDURE TO DETERMINE SERIOUS DAMAGE OR THREAT OF SERIOUS DAMAGE

For the determination of serious damage or threat of serious damage, the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) must assess the impact of the investigated imports on the domestic industry of identical or similar or directly competitive merchandise.

Applicants must submit to the Ministry, through the respective investigation forms, the total national production information, provided that the required figures are reasonably available. In any case, they must submit in the application a reliable estimate, and the corresponding methodology, of the figures relative to the total national production considered.
