ARTICLE 70: HOW THE PROVENANCE OF A SAFEGUARD MEASURE IS DETERMINED

To determine the provenance of a safeguard measure, the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) will carry out an investigation in accordance with the administrative procedure provided for in the Law, in these Regulations and in international treaties or conventions to which Mexico is a part of.
