ARTICLE 181: LEVELS AND MODALITIES IN WHICH THE SESSION WILL BE HELD BY THE COMPEX SESSION

For the best performance of its functions, the Mixed Commission (RLCE: Art. 1) will work through an electronic site, through which proposals or cases in foreign trade of goods or services may be submitted.

The cases presented must be resolved within a maximum period of thirty calendar days, counted from their presentation.

The Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) will publish by rules the procedure of care and the format for presenting cases, after consultation with the members of the Mixed Commission.

The Ministry will coordinate the establishment and operation of the National Foreign Trade Information Service, whose objective will be to provide tariff information, non-tariff regulations and restrictions of the agencies and bodies involved in foreign trade, as well as relevant information related to the procedures for processing of non-tariff regulations and restrictions applicable to the entry and exit of merchandise from the national territory, by electronic means and for informational purposes only.

The National Foreign Trade Information Service will facilitate access to information through electronic tools, available at a single point for consultation, and will establish mechanisms for homogenization, standardization, monitoring and updating of the information presented.
