ARTICLE 178: DEPENDENCIES, ENTITIES AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT MAKE UP THE COMPEX (MIXED COMMISSION FOR THE PROMOTION OF EXPORTS)

     

    The Mixed Commission (RLCE: Art. 1) will be composed of the holders of the following dependencies, entities, and organizations:

  • Dependencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration (Administración Pública Federal):
  •  

  • Secretary of Foreign Relations (Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores);
  •  

  • Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público);
  •  

  • Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources (Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales);
  •  

  • Secretary of Energy (Secretaría de Energía);
  •  

  • Secretary of Economy (Secretaría de Economía);
  •  

  • Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food (Secretaría de Agricultura, Ganadería, Desarrollo Rural, Pesca y Alimentación);
  •  

  • Secretary of Communications and Transportation (Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes);
  •  

  • Health Secretary (Secretaría de Salud);
  •  

  • Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare (Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social);
  •  

  • Secretary of National Defense (Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional);
  •  

  • National Financial (Nacional Financiera), National Credit Society (Sociedad Nacional de Crédito), and
  •  

  • National Foreign Trade Bank (Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior), National Credit Society (Sociedad Nacional de Crédito).
  •  

    I bis. Federative entities, prior agreement between them and the Ministry;

     

  • Private sector organizations that expressly manifest their will, whose positions will be honorary, and for their performance they will not receive any salary or emolument:
  •  

  • Business Coordinating Council (Consejo Coordinador Empresarial);
  •  

  • National Association of Importers and Exporters of the Mexican Republic (Asociación Nacional de Importadores y Exportadores de la República Mexicana);
  •  

  • Mexican Business Council of Foreign Trade, Investment and Technology, A.C. (Consejo Empresarial Mexicano de Comercio Exterior, Inversión y Tecnología, A.C.);
  •  

  • Latin American Confederation of Customs Agents (Confederación Latinoamericana de Agentes Aduanales);
  •  

  • Confederation of Associations of Customs Agents of the Mexican Republic (Confederación de Asociaciones de Agentes Aduanales de la República Mexicana);
  •  

  • Employers' Confederation of the Mexican Republic (Confederación Patronal de la República Mexicana);
  •  

  • National Confederation of Chambers of Commerce (Confederación Nacional de Cámaras de Comercio);
  •  

  • National Confederation of Chambers of Industry (Confederación Nacional de Cámaras de Industria);
  •  

  • National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (Cámara Nacional de la Industria de Transformación);
  •  

  • National Chamber of Commerce of Mexico City (Cámara Nacional de Comercio de la Ciudad de México), and
  •  

  • National Agricultural Council (Consejo Nacional Agropecuario).
  •  

    In addition, the Mixed Commission may invite other representatives of the dependencies and entities of the Federal and State Public Administration, and the private sector, when dealing with matters related to their respective attributions or the interests they represent.

    Each one of the dependencies, entities and organisms indicated in this article, will designate a unique and permanent representative.
