ARTICLE 36: REQUIREMENTS TO TRANSFER QUOTAS GRANTED THROUGH PUBLIC BIDDING

Certificates granted through public bidding will be nominative and may be transferred. When the certificate holder transfers it, the person interested in obtaining ownership of the certificate must inform the Ministry in writing (RLCE: Art. 1) of said act and will request the issuance of a new certificate. The Ministry may evaluate the convenience of the transfers in order to prevent and avoid monopolistic practices or obstacles in commerce, in the terms of the law in this matter.
