ARTICLE 34: ASSIGNMENT OF UNCLAIMED QUOTAS WITHIN THE SPECIFIED PERIODS
The Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) will assign the amount of quota covered by the certificates that the winners of the public bidding have not claimed within the period determined in the rules.
