    • ARTICLE 26: ENTRY INTO FORCE OF RESOLUTIONS ESTABLISHING QUOTAS

     

    The instruments through which quotas are established will be published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación), and must contain the following information:

  • The product subject to the quota in question;

    •  

  • The quantity, volume or value of the quota;

    •  

  • The period of validity of the quota and, where appropriate, the corresponding permit, and

    •  

  • The assignment procedure and the requirements that the interested parties must cover.
