ARTICLE 18: REQUIREMENTS TO SUBMIT THE REQUEST AND COLLECT THE PERMIT

To submit each request and collect the respective permit, the interested party or their representative must satisfy the requirements established by the Law and these Regulations and credibly prove to the Ministry. (RLCE: Art. 1)
