    • ARTICLE 25: REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN THE PERMIT SUBSEQUENTLY, WHEN THE MERCHANDISE WERE NOT SUBJECT TO IT

     

    Exporters or importers who had finished the order of merchandise that were not subject to restrictions, will have the right to obtain the corresponding permit during the month following the date on which the restriction has been published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación), provided they conclusively demonstrate that:

  • They had paid the order or granted an irrevocable letter of credit with regarding the order, or

    •  

  • The product was in transit to be transferred to its destination.
