    • ARTICLE 17: REQUEST TO GRANT A PERMIT, ITS EXTENSION OR MODIFICATION

     

    The request for the granting of a permit, its extension or modification will be submitted to the Ministry (RLCE: Art. 1) in the official format that it determines. The information that the format must contain will be, among others, the following:

  • Name or business name and activity or main operations of the applicant;

    •  

  • Regime that is requested, either for export or import;

    •  

  • Tariff fraction and detailed description of the merchandise;

    •  

  • Quantity and value requested;

    •  

  • Country of origin or destination, and

    •  

  • Where appropriate, technical specifications of the merchandise and documentation that identifies it.
