ARTICLE 16: THE QUOTA PROVISIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE TARIFF-QUOTA
The provisions of this Regulation that refer to export or import quotas will also apply to the amounts of merchandise that, within a tariff-quota, are exported or imported at a preferential tariff level.
