    • ARTICLE 13: PROCEDURE FOR THE COCEX (FOREIGN TRADE COMMISSION) TO ISSUE ITS AGREEMENTS

     

    At both levels, the Commission (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) will issue its agreements according to the following procedure:

  • Each agreement will be taken by majority vote, once all the representatives and guests present have presented their opinions. A vote will be cast for each of the autonomous constitutional units and bodies referred to in article 2 of this Regulation (RLCE: Art. 2). In case of a tie, the President of the Commission will have a quality vote;

    •  

  • The Technical Secretary shall record in the acts of the session each of the opinions, the vote and the content of the agreement. The act must be signed by all the representatives present, and

    •  

  • Once all the matters have been voted, the President will read the agreements taken and a copy of these will be sent to each of the representatives and to the holders of the participating autonomous constitutional units and bodies within a period of 15 days.
