ARTICLE 12: WHEN PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE COCEX (FOREIGN TRADE COMMISSION)

The dependencies and entities of the Federal Public Administration (Administración Pública Federal) may submit proposals within the scope of their competence to the Commission (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1). These proposals must be submitted through the Technical Secretary at least five days in advance of the date of the Commission session in which they intend to ease, except in the case of extraordinary meetings being convened.
