ARTICLE 8: WHO CAN ATTEND THE COCEX (FOREIGN TRADE COMMISSION) SESSIONS
The sessions may only be attended by the representatives of the dependencies and that are accredited before the Commission (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1). To this end, the holders of these must officially notify the head of the Ministry (LCE: Art. 3) (RLCE: Art. 1) the names and positions of their representatives, holders and alternates, for the two levels referred to in article 3 of this Regulation. (RLCE: Art. 3)
In the sessions they will participate as permanent guests, only with voice:
The holders of the decentralized body and the deconcentrated administrative bodies, referred to in this article, may designate their representatives before the Commission and their corresponding substitute, who must have an immediate lower hierarchical level in both cases. Such designations must be communicated to the Secretary of Economy (Secretario de Economía).
When the Commission must deal with foreign trade issues that involve a specific sector, they may invite representatives of other agencies or entities of the Federal and State Public Administration.
