ARTICLE 1: TRANSITORIES FROM JULY 27, 1993

     

    First.- This Law shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación).

    Second.- It is repeal the Regulatory Law of Article 131 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States in Foreign Trade, published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on January 13, 1986, the Law Establishing the Export Regime of Gold, published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on December 30, 1980 and the other provisions or ordinances that oppose it.

    Third.- As long as the regulatory provisions of this Law are issued, will continue in force the Regulations against Unfair International Trade Practices, the Regulations on Import and Export Permits for Merchandise Subject to Restrictions, the Decree establishing the Organization and Functions of the Commission on Tariffs and Controls to Foreign Trade, the Decree establishing the National Export Prize and the other provisions previously issued in everything that does not oppose it.

    Fourth.- The administrative procedures referred to in this ordinance that are in process at the time of its entry into force, will be resolved in accordance with the Regulatory Law of Article 131 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States in matters of Foreign Trade.
